A total of 74 clubs from the state are participating in the Senior Men's Qualifying Round and Under-13, Under-15 and Under-17 Boys Youth League Club Championship-2026 organized by the Gujarat State Football Association. According to the association, a total of 74 clubs are participating across four categories. This represents a record number of participating clubs—the largest participation seen to date. This is an unprecedented record for the participation of such a large number of clubs. This is the largest participation ever. Various category matches are being played at Ahmedabad, Anand and Vadodara. 13 clubs in the senior men's category, 23 in the under-13, 23 in the under-15 and 14 in the under-17 are participating in the competition. The champion teams in the U-13, U-15 and U-17 categories will qualify to play in the Youth League organized by the All India Football Federation (AIFF).
