Ahmedabad: A yet another land plot deal has been struck on Sindhubhavan Road, one of the fastest growing and most posh areas in the city's real estate market. The 8200 sq. bar plot adjacent to the Taj Skyline Hotel is said to have been sold for Rs 300 crore. This plot, which is easily accessible on two roads including the main road, is located in the Residential-2 zone. Keeping in view the state government's policy on hotels, the developer who purchased this plot plans to set up a hotel-cum-commercial building with a built up area of 10 lakh square feet. The total cost of the entire project will be around Rs 650 crore, sources close to the development said. The plot has been purchased by Z Group of the city and is owned by SG Group. Pukwan also plans to set up another iconic commercial building near Char Road on the highway.
