Recently Arijitsinh announced his retirement as a playback singer and announced to perform concerts across the country, starting from Ahmedabad. Nine cities have been selected for this special consort. It will be held in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Mumbai, Bagalur, New Delhi, Pune, Indore and Hyderabad. This tour will be organized in Ahmedabad from 23rd January. The last consort will be held in Hyderabad on 15th May. The tour has been announced on Arijit Singh's Instagram account. Pre-sale for travel tickets will start from 11 October 2026. While general ticket booking is also scheduled to start shortly. The date of February 20 will be important especially for Mumbai fans. Even though Arijit has announced his retirement as a playback singer, the songs he sang for the projects he had previously signed are still being released. He is currently not signing any playback signing work for a new film project. His recently released song Purane Din is for Ply Dusri Baar before the movie. Apart from this, Shah Rukh Khan's film King releasing on December 24 has also been reported to have a song by Arijit. A nine-city tour in 2027 will be a special attraction for his fans.
